For All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed, September final action dates are September 1, 2024 for EB-3 and April 1, 2022 for Other Workers. Filing dates are respectively Current (no date cutoff) and August 1, 2022.
GBP perspective
Chargeability generally follows birth country, with exceptions. A priority date must precede the applicable cutoff. Reaching it does not itself mean approval or immediate travel.
What to check now
Confirm category, chargeability and priority date. Adjustment applicants must separately check which filing chart USCIS permits that month. Cutoff dates are not processing-time estimates.
