Should I send a passport copy with my first enquiry?
Begin with your preparation and questions. Prepare sensitive original documents after receiving guidance on what is needed and how to send it.

Where can I confirm current recruitment availability?
Confirm the actual legal employer, location, duties and current opportunities during consultation. The global companies featured on this website illustrate long-term career aspirations, not EB-3 openings.
Does OPT provide permanent residency?
No. OPT is practical training related to an F-1 student’s field of study, generally up to 12 months per education level. Eligible STEM graduates may apply for a 24-month extension. Permanent residency follows a separate process.
Does a green card automatically reduce tuition?
No. In-state tuition requires meeting state and university residency rules. Permanent residents may meet the citizenship-status requirement for federal aid, but actual eligibility and amounts depend on other conditions.
